Do you have any guidelines for burning my candle?

Always follow the ‘candle with care’ guidelines that come with your candle package. Never leave a burning candle unattended and once burned down to the final 2-3mm, please safely blow out your candle. Always allow the burn pool to fully cover the surface and reach the sides each burn. Always keep your wick trimmed to 5mm.


Can I return my candle?

We hope you will be delighted with your order, however if you are not entirely happy (please remember each product is hand made and although we aim to make each product exactly the same, you may find a slight variations) please send an email to rosie@roesk.co.uk and we can arrange a return or refund within 14 days provided the candle has been unused, is in good condition and must be in the original packaging.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing rosie@roesk.co.uk and a refund will be issued. After this time unfortunately we cannot guarantee your order will not have been processed as all orders are hand made to order.
